The Verdict
Plusnet is able to offer broadband products targeted at customers just starting out with broadband as well as those more experienced users who need additional bandwidth, VPN and other advanced services. Having the choice of both VOIP and conventional telephony bolt-ons allows customers to evaluate these services and choose what's best for them.
